And this week we will be joined by Vladimir Michkovic, who is a co-founder and works with juicy

marbles, which is a Slovenian company that is marketing

what they call whole cuts, plant-based meats in Europe

and in the US.

Now, I haven't actually tried juicy marbles yet,

but I have heard from multiple sources

that it's fabulous.

I'm so sad that I haven't tried it yet, though.

Yeah, I haven't tried it either, but I did love the interview. And I think what they're doing

is cool, because I have heard, like, good things about it. Now I want to visit Slovenia.

All right, so Vladimir is very funny. And he's really interesting. He's a lot to say, and he has a lot of different takes on a lot of the issues we talk about all the time, and deeply involved in veganism and animal rights. But I just, I'm giving you a heads up. This is one of those interviews where I found out halfway through that he's not actually completely vegan, and I know some of you might think, well, why did you have them on? Well, I didn't

know, but, you know, I'm not sorry at all that I had him on because I think the conversation was

really interesting. I think what they're doing is interesting. I think Slovenia is interesting.

And sometimes I guess it's useful to try to understand where different people are coming from.

And he's certainly not like anti-vegan or

doesn't want to be vegan. He just hasn't quite managed to be completely vegan. That was the

sense I got. Yeah. Okay. Well, maybe by now he is because he spoke with you. I know right

after that interview, he probably did become vegan. Sure. I would think so. Completely. I mean,

it's like he founded and ran a vegan restaurant. Like, you know, people are funny.

People are funny. But did you know, speaking of vegetarians, that the Tim Waltz's daughter

is vegetarian.
