Good morning, or maybe it's afternoon now, Tack Room Bible Talk.

I've gotten a lot of communication from folks that are like, Dwayne, I don't, all this is very confusing, and I don't know who listened to.

And, you know, my church teaches this doctrine. And so I don't know if that doctrine

is a reason why I should stop going to that church. I don't know who's telling the truth.

Why is there so many different things from the same, so many different viewpoints

and everything from Scripture? And I don't know who to listen to and I don't know who to follow.

Well, let's look at a possible answer to that today. Okay. In Matthew chapter 7, Matthew chapter 7 verse number 15 says,

beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Now let's look at that. Now there's two different definitions of a prophet.

All right. You'll find it in scripture. There's a foreteller and there's a fourth teller.

All right. Now most of the time prophets, as we see in the Old Testament, they're foretellers.

They tell you in advance, God said this is

what's going to happen. But in the New Testament, a lot of prophets are fourth tellers. They're not

receiving a special word from the Lord. they're getting clarity from the scripture

and expounding it.

Preachers.

Okay?

Preachers.

You can be either way.

So be aware of false preachers,

false prophets,
