Thanks so much, John. I'm looking forward to talking about how today, I mean, people are asking

us all the time for hope. And we're going to begin today by talking about how the courts are actually giving us lots of hope, pushing back against the military invasion

of Los Angeles and the pending invasions of other cities that move from a soft coup to a hard

coup turns out to be illegal. And thankfully, courts are saying something about it. And that's true,

too, of the tariffs case where there's a law on the books that basically prevents exactly what Trump

is doing. And thankfully, we have an appeals court, the D.C. Circuit saying exactly that. And then I
