0:05.9	welcome to 2019 hope that you're doing good hope that you had a good holiday break
0:10.5	you know hope that you had a good new year and all that type of thing holidays are great because holiday
0:14.0	are great because you know it's sort of this forced time that we all are pushed out of the
0:19.0	habitual patterns of our normal lives and you know that's useful in the sense that one you know if you're
0:25.8	someone who's working all the time we have a really hectic schedule it allows you to
0:30.9	kind of get a deep groove and relax a little bit and get out of that
0:34.4	hectic grind all the time. Alternatively you know it's helpful because it since it takes you out of your
0:40.8	normal habits and your normal patterns of behavior. It allows you to kind of think in a different way,
0:46.8	reflect a bit, see how you've been acting and what your behavior has been in your life,
0:51.3	and kind of see what adjustments you might want to make and see
0:56.2	kind of what ways that you could change the way you're doing or thinking about things
0:59.6	that will serve you better for the next year. This holiday break was particularly beautiful for me.
1:04.3	You know, it's such a wonderful time, you know, relaxing with family and during that time I was just, you know,
1:09.6	stricken, I'm always grateful of course, but more than ever just really grateful for you and
