you know hope that you had a good new year and all that type of thing holidays are great because holiday

are great because you know it's sort of this forced time that we all are pushed out of the

habitual patterns of our normal lives and you know that's useful in the sense that one you know if you're

someone who's working all the time we have a really hectic schedule it allows you to

kind of get a deep groove and relax a little bit and get out of that

hectic grind all the time. Alternatively you know it's helpful because it since it takes you out of your

normal habits and your normal patterns of behavior. It allows you to kind of think in a different way,

reflect a bit, see how you've been acting and what your behavior has been in your life,

and kind of see what adjustments you might want to make and see

kind of what ways that you could change the way you're doing or thinking about things

that will serve you better for the next year. This holiday break was particularly beautiful for me.
