Today, I'm so excited to have Josh Kerr on the podcast. He is the 50-hundred-meter-world champion.

He's just one in Budapest. He also just won the Fifth Ab Mile. He's a British distance runner.

He currently runs for the Brooks Beasts. He and David Bruvich actually hosts or hosted a podcast called Sittenkicks.

Maybe you guys are familiar with that. I don't know how active they are on it anymore because now David's a part of Union Track Club.

But anyways, he's a great podcaster, and this episode was fantastic, so I hope you guys enjoy it.

Okay, Josh, I'm excited to have you on the podcast. You already said you this is your third podcast of the day,

so hopefully you still have some more to talk about. But you haven't highly requested guests, so I had to get you on.

That's awesome. You know, I'm very excited to be here. I'm trying to take my time off and try and get some golfing,

so I was like, I'm going to get all my media stuff done today, and that means I can really enjoy and not have to worry about being slightly drawn on podcasts.

So I am sober as a priest right now.

It's good. I'm not here. Have you done the beer mouth podcast? Because people drink on that one.

Oh, really? No, I haven't done that podcast. I think I've had a couple of conversations with some of those guys before.

They seem nice guys, but no, I've never been on there, but yeah, I don't know if that's, don't know if that's me.

I've done a, we did like a live gaming thing, like me, Henry, Wayne, David, Bruvich, and we were drinking on that,

and I was just making a fool of myself. So I was like, I should probably not do that again. So it's always good to come in sober.

Yeah, that's good. I'm sure my listeners appreciate it, too, even though it would be funny, but...

If people don't know who you are, do you want to just give us like a little bit of rundown of who you are, what you're about?

Yeah, definitely. So I'm Josh Carr, I'm a British physiognomir runner. I'm the current world physiognomir champion.

I run for the Brooks Beasts, and I have done for the last five years, and yeah, I'm now currently in my offseason, just living it up to the podcast roots, you know?

Yeah, I mean, I don't know what you prefer, racing or doing podcasts.
