Well, I've never talked to anybody about being addicted to heroin.

It's, it was, uh, it was a little, a little tough, a little odd, a little cool,

very interesting

you read a lot about it

you read a lot about it in the

in the newspaper and in the press this whole epidemic of

opiates and

addiction associated with it.

You just never know, at least you don't think you know anybody that's dealing with that.

So to sit with Johnny Craig and talk about it was pretty sobering, for lack of a better word.

I've decided I've just become a complete wose and I can't I just can't handle it I really

can't have to stay inside or swim in a pool but down here with my son for his football camp and fun hanging with him,

although he's got for the first time in his life he has a real job and working.

It's, I don't know what's weird or talking to a heroin addict or seeing your son actually work for a living

Both are crazy

But back up to Colorado this week and for the final week of the Tour to France and this is going to be for those of you who haven't caught it please check it out the stages podcast it's a daily recap show that I'm doing with my good friend J.B. Hager talking about all the

days action and sort of breaking it down in the most direct, honest and transparent way.
