I gotta say, it feels a little weird saying,

welcome back to the forward podcast,

because for the last week,

I've been saying something different.

I've been saying, welcome. I've been saying welcome back to the stages

podcast for stage one stage two stage three so the stages podcast recapping every day's

action in the tour of France, a little bit of an adjustment. My guest this

week, Anadavir Smith is an old dear friend of mine and what a force she is, what

a talent she is and the conversation that her and I have was lovely and

she does these things where she goes around and interviews people and so a long time ago, 10 plus years ago,

she interviewed me.

And then she takes the interview and learns the voice,

learns the tone, learns the body language,

all the way down to the fact that somebody

might twist a ring on their finger,

learns all of that, and then takes that to Broadway and that then becomes a series of interviews.

She's a unbelievably talented lady, but more importantly, she's unbelievably intelligent and

sweet and tough it was a fun conversation and in other news we've been busy.

Stages Podcast has been keeping us busy.

This tour is, you know, we're now, you know, a little more than a week deep and, you know, it's been fun to dip back into the tour it's been fun
