We're joined today by Jonathan Smoke, the chief economist for Realtor.com, who's calling

in live from the Inman Connect Conference in New York City. Since our last interview with Jonathan,

Realtor.com has released both the December 2014 monthly housing inventory data

and 2015 housing forecast reports.

And we're going to discuss these today as well to get some insight to the experience

he's having so far at the conference.
