I wanted to do a little Nola talk to start. We were together yesterday at the Sugar Bowl,

and, you know,

the city is just not going to get beaten by this. The city's going to move forward, but I'm wondering

what your feelings were on New Year's night. I know you were down here and what your thoughts are

about, you know, kind of the path forward. Yeah, Betsy and I were in the quarter on New Year's Eve,

and we actually got dropped off in an Uber-on Canal Street

near the corner of canal and bourbon

because they weren't letting cars down into the quarter earlier in the evening,

or frankly, anytime in the evening.
