wrote a book about all of his research that he's done and we get into some of that research

in this episode and basically what he's found is that the paleo diet works and it is by far the

best diet that he's found so Jonathan is a big fan of what he calls sane foods.

A lot of the things that he talks about are just eating whole foods,

getting good exercise, but high-quality exercise.

Because a lot of us may go to the gym and jump on a treadmill or jump

on an elliptical machine and we're happy with our results and we're happy with the way that we

work out. We're glad that we at least got in there and got it done. But Jonathan says that we can

burn fat more efficiently and actually spend less time in the gym.

And I completely agree. And we'll go a little bit into sprinting, which is a huge thing for

everyone. It's my favorite fat-burning exercise. I do it in 10 to 15-second intervals for about

five minutes, and then I do two of those maybe a total of 15 minutes

of sprinting at the most and this is once or twice a week so he talks about sprinting and he

talks about your alternatives a little bit too so we'll get into the episode but jonathan is a
