Hello, hello my lovelies. I am so excited to record this late night drop

announcement. Well it's going to be late night for those here in the US and

probably closer to early morning time for those in Europe, for those in Africa.

Shout out to my sisters over there and I think that's appropriate because I'm so

excited to make the announcement that we are going to have our first

international healing intensive and Portugal this September. So this is going to

be our healed and loved woman retreat that we've had three times now here in

the States. They're typically in Houston, Texas and it was on the docket for

this year and as y'all know I decided to pull back because of my health and to

take care of myself go slow and to just take care of myself take care of my

family and due to all the amazing support that I've been having I am feeling so

much better and I am so excited that I get to meet with everyone. However when

I was thinking about the retreat and thinking about all the emails and requests

that I've gotten from women across seas who have wanted to come. Of course we

have already had people come internationally to our retreats. Shout out Odio, my

sister from Amsterdam. I love you so much but I was like okay you know what? If

we're gonna do this this fall we are going to do it big and so we're going in

a national. So for my European ladies who've been wanting to come for so long

this is your chance for my travel bugs out there with wanderlust just like me

who have been wanting to go to Portugal or go to a new place or for many of

y'all I hear that Portugal is already your favorite place because of the

diversity the fun the beauty the culture then that's where I'm going to be. So
