1:22.2 | Talk about a bad strategy. He doesn't go to Jerusalem in his 20s and build a network and platform. He just seems |
1:30.4 | like he's wasting his time in his desert. But he's just so free from performing and impressing |
1:36.9 | people. And when the Pharisees in the Sadduce, he show up at his church in the desert, he doesn't |
1:42.3 | preach in front of them. In other words, he wasn't |
1:47.1 | conscious of himself. He preaches to them, just like anybody else who is there in the audience. |
1:52.4 | He's just, he's free from impressing people and performing. He's not a show off. He, he doesn't |
1:57.9 | care what people think of him. And, you know, we tend to show special respect to people |
2:02.9 | who are celebrities and wealthy and powerful and beautiful and the smartest. Not for John. He is |
