and the shifting of all of that in the world. How do you think? I want to ask you first about

China because they're obviously a front row observer to all of this and really made some comments

before the Olympics that they had a no-limits relationship with Russia. So now that they see that

Russia is getting a bit stymied in Ukraine, although they're lashing out and creating horrific

bloodshed every day, how do you think China views this? Well, I do think that China is surprised, to some extent, as is the rest of the world, at how Russia is performing on the battlefield with regard to Ukraine.

And I think that, you know, much as U.S. intelligence and probably Chinese intelligence probably

thought that this would go much more quickly.

And, you know, that would have been a better thing, a better outcome, frankly, for China.
