Well, what do they call it? It's the doom loop. Now, that's the term they're giving for cities around the country that are facing serious problems between homelessness, crime,

the pandemic, leading many people to move out, cost of housing they can do their job from

anywhere so therefore they have opted to leave the doom loop means that tax revenues dwindle

and some of these cities end up in huge financial trouble because all the tax base is disappearing. And at some point, like in San

Francisco, they're pretty much left with homeless drug addicts. That seems to be the way it's
