We're talking about the man that they were looking for in Texas, a Mexican national who faces charges of murder.

Five people were killed in a mass shooting last Friday night.

He went over to a neighbor's home after a dispute over him firing off a gun,

and he killed five people, including a young boy.

Let's get Alex Stone, ABC News, on to the John and Ken Show to bring us up to date about the other arrest, too.

Yeah, I hear there, guys. that guys. So his wife or girlfriend has been arrested as well. She too is a Mexican national,

although she was in court a little while ago. Her magistrate hearing in Texas, something that they've got there.

And they said they don't know if she is legally in the U.S.

or not. We know he was not. He had been deported four times twice in 2009, once in 2012,

once in 2016. But he was found hiding in a closet under laundry in the home of a family

member when federal agents on a SWAT team went in,

found him in that home, his wife or partner, whatever the relationship is,

isn't really clear yet either.

And another person, a man, were in the home, and they were allegedly helping him hide out
