Summary

The Writers Guild of America has decided to go on strike. More on artificial intelligence. Joe Biden is sending active troops to the border to help with the end of Title 42. Yesterday was the first day of deployment for the National Guard and CHP in San Francisco to help combat the drug problems in the city but the SF Chronicle did not see anyone from either bureau.
