something. Well, the vagrants have caused a lot of damage in Southern California. One of the

worst places on the west side is in Playa del Rey. It's called the Biona Wetlands, and that's what

it is, an ecological preserve. Yet, because there was property there.

They pulled up along Jefferson Boulevard,

and they started piling on, living out of RVs.

Some, what do they call them, van lords or RV lords,

probably rent these to the people to live in off this wetlands,

and it's been a problem for years now.

It looks like some progress is being made at cleaning up the wetlands.

We've been at war for many years with Hassan Akrata. He's this government

bureaucrat who studied under in communist Russia times back in the 1980s. The subway system he had

to do with, right? Right. He was studied at the University of Moscow. And he was a bureaucrat in charge of the Moscow subway system,

then came to America and infiltrated American bureaucracies, such as the Southern California Association of Governments,

which is a collection of all the governments in L.A. and Orange County, all the towns and cities,

they come together because they have obviously mutual needs and concerns.
