I got a lot of stuff to get to today, but we're going to begin the show with something we were looking to seeing or hearing about.

However, once again, since it's coming from a government agency, don't know whether or not to believe it.

And, of course, for as long as Mayor Karen Bessetti has been in charge, her idea was to start the inside safe initiative,

which is to get the vagrants off the streets into something that resembles housing.

It's usually a hotel or a motel room.

And in the seven months that this has been going on, we're going to be coming up on eight months soon,

not a lot has come out about, well, do these people stay in these hotels or motels or other

facilities as they're called? Or are they just right back out on the streets at a revolving door?

It's easy to say, well, you know, we cleared an encampment of 25 people and we put them into temporary

housing and they're on their way to permanent housing and please go away and do another story.
