We'll start right off with one of the bigger stories from the weekend,

and that's the shooting at the nightclub in Colorado Springs, Colorado,

which ended up killing five people and injuring quite a few more.

And what do you know?

One of the headlines that came out later was the shooter was on the radar of police. Yes. He held his family hostage at gunpoint a year and a half ago. No

prosecution. How do you pull that off? It's just a family dispute. I think, you know,

you might be exaggerating it. Anderson Lee Aldrich has been arrested

on murder and hate crime charges. 19 people were injured and the thing that made this not worse than

it was was that apparently they did tackle him. A couple of bar patrons jumped over there and, I guess, put their lives on the line.

sort of in the sense that the El Paso County Sheriff had to standoff with him last June, a year ago, June.
