Defensive Tackle John Jenkins, who, by the way, for listeners out there and viewers, is one

of the nicest dudes on team.

So thank you for agreeing to do this.

I appreciate it.

So one thing I heard about you is that you're really into cycling.

So tell me about how that started for you.

Yeah, man.

COVID, just like anywhere else during that time, man.

Just getting outside and trying to prepare myself for the season, right?

I had a few buddies, Zeno, Jonathan Zeno, down to South Florida, my buddy Grant,

who owns Bicycle Generation down in Deerfield, just waking up in the morning, five,

five in the morning, then getting on a bike, and everything else was history. That's awesome.

So I, in COVID, I started, I got on the Peloton. But you're specifically outside, not just that, not an inside bike. You're actually doing it outside on, you know, on the road. Yeah, yeah. It was, it's beautiful, man, because where I, where I train at down in South Florida, I'm near A1A, right? So when you're waking up in the morning, it was of those scenarios where it was like a like therapeutic for me

um i'm waking up uh before anybody is on the road with these guys um who are extremely successful in their

own field and we're riding alongside the beach and then we'll get coffee and then we'll ride back home

and then our day starts and everybody just waking up right so we just

got like 30 miles in and everybody now just waking up and I just got a chance to see the beach and
