One was to lift heavy things because it changes, it shoots chemicals in your brain and I felt that today.

Two, I said have lots of sex and I said that because I think that sex is something in our

society where we tend to suppress or put on the back burner and if you don't have anyone to have sex with exploring

your own sexuality. Sex with yourself is underrated. Sex with yourself is

underrated. We charge your batteries. And I don't mean just have like sex as

far as unhealthy sex or degrading or having sex for someone else.

I mean in a healthy way.

I do believe that we are sexual beings

as we are spiritual beings and there is a flow and an energy to your sexuality if you consider it a practice.

And so the release, the exploration, the leaning into, and accepting you as a sexual being.

I just don't think we practice that.
