Summary

This week is a very special episode of RunPod supporting the brilliant charity, Global’s Make Some Noise. Welcome to the first ever ‘RunPod Relay’. Who better to kickstart the relay than the man who motivated us all throughout lockdown, Mr Body coach himself, Joe Wicks. We also hear from the wonderful Ella Davies who works with Changing Faces, one of the smaller charities which will benefit from any donations to Global’s Make Some noise. And the final relay runner is Radio X presenter Johnny Vaughan who shares key reasons why we should all keep active. A truly inspiring listen which will absolutely motivate you to get up off that sofa and will also hopefully encourage you to donate to a brilliant cause! To donate £5, simply text RUNPOD5 to 70766.
