Thank you. honesty and straight talk, buckle up, friend. It's about to get real. I have to tell you that I got this series idea because I posted something about trying to look forever young and the impossible standards of beauty and society. And I got so much feedback about it. 1:38.5

tied into maybe with men the glory of their youth. Many men struggle because they can't let go of how they used to be

1:46.3

the football star or the best athlete. And now they aren't that anymore. And it's led to a lot of

1:52.2

mental struggle. And so I think it affects men in that way, this sort of, you know, stay forever

1:58.4

young idea. But also, you need to know that younger women

2:02.5

are a huge factor in why I'm doing this particular show. You know, a lot of times I have

2:08.4

younger women on my mind. When I think about preaching, speaking, podcasting, writing, I think

2:16.7

about younger women.
