Well, well, well. Here I was all set to talk about a football game and then some major breaking news got

in the way of that.

Although that major breaking news is definitely directly related to the result of that

football game last night.

And to nobody's surprise, Devante Adams is the newest member reportedly of the J-E-T-S Jets, Jets, Jets, and if you're wondering

about compensation, apparently it is a conditional third round pick that can turn

into a second round pick based on performance.

And it looks like the jets will foot the entire bill in terms of money. Obviously what that does is it reunites Aaron

Rogers with his all-time favorite target. But I'm sure Aaron had nothing to do with that

right? He definitely didn't have anything to do with

Bob Solid getting fired so he definitely had nothing to do with this either sure he didn't. I don't have a huge problem with it if he did and

you probably did. But I'll give the jets this much. At least they're trying. I don't know that it's going to work, but at least they're trying.

Unlike old man, Jara, who's losing it,

and we'll get there in a minute,

unlike old man Jara, the jets actually are all in.

All in.

Maybe you could say that Woody Johnson is chasing,

but you can't say that he's not trying. He has a Super Bowl aspiration, right? I don't know that he's got a Super Bowl roster. He seems to think so.

Whether he's delusional or not, he's at least acting on those aspirations.
