After a year, that's all Biden's agenda stall at the end and a stark reversal in the

President's poll number.

So joining me today to talk about White House resets, good and bad is Jim Messina.

He was a deputy chief of staff during the start of the Obama administration.

He ran the campaign in the reelect of 2012.

So he knows a little thing or two about when you reset how you do it.

To me, when I think about Obama's reelect in 2012, it began after the shellacking of

November 2010.

And you guys led by yourself and a few others had a remarkable six weeks after getting

thumped.

And suddenly your guys showed life and it really sort of...
