1:07.6	were going to win immediately. So why don't you introduce yourself at real
1:11.8	estate and real estate alpha. What do you guys do? Yeah, I really appreciate that. Yeah,
1:15.5	it was a great event. We had a lot of success there, excited to come off kind of the momentum.
1:19.5	We took out from that event. But I appreciate everyone being involved, Chris being on the panel,
1:23.8	etc. About high level real estate alpha, we're a multi-family value ad, real estate investment
1:29.3	company. We're fully vertically integrated. We have a team of about 50 based in Ohio. We try to buy
1:34.7	C-C-plus class properties, convert them to B-B-B-plus properties as fast as possible, doing everything in-house.
1:40.7	So growing it from one property up to a little over 700 apartments today and just trying
1:45.2	to continue that momentum and growth. Yeah. And I'm also joined by my business partner, Chris Lopez,
1:50.5	who I talk about a lot on the show. And Chris, you were actually one of the judges. And so why don't
