1:15.1	listeners a bit about your background and what you're focusing on now? Yes. So I got an engineering
1:21.2	degree out of college, but I was one of those engineers that was like, oh shit, what do I do with
1:25.5	this? And so I got into technical sales,
1:29.9	a 100% commission job that only hires engineers. And I loved it. It was in construction. And then I
1:35.5	quickly realized that I really wanted to go to the top of the food chain, you know, go way up. And the top
1:41.2	was developers, you know, the owners of the real estate. And so I, you know, about 29 just had a total career shift to get into development.
