How are you doing this? Man, I've found three, I've done like 300 deals in Jersey. All we do is find deals in Jersey. You know, it's the only one. Holy crap. Yeah, absolutely. Well, you know, in Jersey,

it's a lot about who you know, not what you know. You got to, you got to grease the right palms. No, no, it's important to understand your market in any, in any situation. You know, you can really make money in any real estate market. And New Jersey is actually one of the highest demand places for deals. In fact, the hardest part about finding a good deal in Jersey is all the other bidders on the
