Some folks on board here. I don't want to forget to make this

announcement because I won't have an opportunity for a few weeks but many of you

know that now for 17 years I can't believe it's been this long in a sense it's amazing 17

years that's more than half of the life of standard reason which by the way we just passed our 31 year goal last week on the 1st of May.

31 years, we're just, we're out of our 30th anniversary celebration now. I guess we can celebrate 31 years.

We did a luncheon today with the team for that purpose. But for 17 years I've been working with

Frank Turick and a host of other speakers for his event, a three-day

event called CIA, Cross-Examine Instructor Academy. And it's not a big event it's not an apologetics conference or a

place where beginners learn about apologetics it's a three-day intensive training

event where those who already have a

foundation and apologetics can deepen and sharpen their presentation

and their question answering skills.

Okay, so this is about engagement.

Now, at the same time, it's not necessary to have a degree in apologetics or philosophy or theology

in order to attend CIA. We get people from a full range, but they're not

beginners. They've already got momentum going forward and we're taking them and we're training them to take what they have and do better.
