And Wednesday night, we're going to take our upcoming, we're going to take our text from upcoming Wednesday night study right now. So turn with me to Matthew Chapter 17 as we continue through the Bible, verse by verse, chapter by chapter by book, right through the scriptures. We come to Matthew 17, where we see what is called the transfiguration of Jesus.

I remember when I was a little kid, you know, I've mentioned before there's certain TV shows my parents let us watch.

We had a little 13-inch black-and-white TV with a hanger and some foil to try to get a reception.

Some of you guys remember that, maybe growing up.

But we watched Little House in the Prairie. Then we grew to the Walt get a reception. Some of you guys remember that, maybe growing up. But we watched Little House

in the Prairie. Then we grew to the Waltons. And then we lived on the edge and saw Gilligan's Island.

But I remember around middle school somewhere along the way, my parents let me watch, do you guys

remember the Incredible Hulk starring Lou Ferrigno and Bill Bixby.

But, you know, I remember the intro is this, you know, Bill Bixby, you know, scientists,

was given himself too many gamma radiation rays or whatever. And then it says,

and I remember the wording, a startling metamorphosis occurred. And I remember that as a kid,

like, what's a startling metamorphosis? That sounds really important. But as it turns out,

we're really into this. Humanity is into a human metamorphosizing into something

else. If you look at the top grossing movies that are the top seven in America throughout all

the time, five of the seven are people that had a startling metamorphosis occur. Normal people

that became sort of superhuman. The Avengers Endgame. I think that's number two.

You know, the Black Panther, Avengers, Infinity War was number seven.

Spider-Man's number three on that list.

Like they're all, you know, normal people that sort of metamorphosized into something else.
