While in Perth, Richard Morris talked to dietitian and researcher Jessica Turton about her new paper on diet and Type 1 diabetes. Three of her four grandparents had Type 2 Diabetes and her father had a heart attack at a young age. She had no choice but to look into the science behind diet, and discovered that LCHF was the key to treating T2DM. What's remarkable is that Jessica is also a fully qualified APD (Accredited Practicing Dietitian) by the Dietitian's Association of Australia. And in February of 2016, I put myself on a ketogenic diet to take control of my metabolism.

In just two and a half months, I managed to reverse all my markers of type 2 diabetes with diet alone. As of now I'm 80 pounds lighter with no signs of

And when I started, I was very sick with complications from type 2 diabetes.
