Very charismatic, extroverted, loudspoken people. And we would often be sitting in what we call

these editorial meetings, what we're talking about what's going on in the news that day. And I found

myself struggling to share my ideas, speak up, and even be able to articulate my thoughts. And I knew

it was beyond just being more introverted because we all know the

I noticed that when I was around my friends and family, I had no problems communicating. But for
