Hey, thanks for having me, excited for the conversation to come.

Yes, I think this is going to be a lot of fun.

And I see that you went from being a pharmacist and in totally different field

to now being a conflict resolution coach working in the Asian American community with leaders.

Please explain a little bit about how did you go from one to the other was it parental expectations society

expectations and then realizing what you really had a passion for was there something

else that triggered this desire to go into coaching?

Oh yeah, yeah, it's quite the journey and I'll do my best to make sure we don't meander too far away from the main things.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, it is the way. Yeah, so I grew up in a family where health care was pretty much to norm. My paternal grandfather had practiced medicine in Taiwan for over 50 years, very established. I had

uncles that led to med school. I had cousins that went to Harvard that also

went to med school and so initially I was just seen as next in line and the challenge was that when I got to college I
