Summary

In this podcast episode, Jerry candidly discusses the influence of familial and cultural expectations on his initial career choice. Growing up in an Asian American household, the pressure to follow a predestined path was intense, with healthcare often seen as the pinnacle of professional success. Yet, for Jerry, a series of wake-up calls illuminated a different path—one that aligned more closely with his true passions and talents.
