I don't know how much I've talked about this or alluded to it, but 2017 was not a super

easy year for me. I had some personal stuff go on. That was tough and some professional

stuff. That was tough. And on top of that, I did, I'm glad I did it, but it was a bit

of a boneheaded thing where I agreed to take on this massive extracurricular project in

the form of a book that's coming out on December 26th called Meditation for Fidgety Skeptics.

And we basically, we I'm saying we because I wrote it with a few other people, including

one of whom you're going to hear from in a minute, wrote it on an incredibly tight deadline.
