Jeff Browning is an ultrarunning legend living in Flagstaff, AZ. He is one of the all-time winningest 100 mile racers and, at 53 years old, still competes at the highest level in the sport. This coming Sunday, Jeff will begin what he characterizes as the project of a lifetime -- an FKT attempt on the Colorado Trail. We talk about the preparation for the attempt and Jeff's motivation for the project. We also talk about Jeff's races at Cocodona 250 and High Lonesome 100.
