very pretty, very pretty today because Jen you and our buddy James went in and

cleaned it up before all the fonts were completely funked out and I could not

figure that out. It was it was a kind of a mess. Oh, I needed James. But now

everything is clean and looks the same and we have a picture of our

engineer Sean Ditori's wonderful handlebar mustache. There's some cringe

very interesting story in the New York Times today. The official title of it

being a young and broke in the city but staying afloat. And the reporter Jim

Dwyer had gone to a gathering on a houseboat in the Bronx which sounds kind

of fancy unless you've been to the Bronx and unless you've seen a crappy

houseboat. Because the story ended up being about this bunch of young people

that were living in New York City and they were all working but they just

didn't have jobs where they're making $100,000 a year. They had like normal

people jobs. One person's a gardener at a at a at a sort of large garden in

the Bronx. Other person's a production assistant at Nickelodeon. And it was

talking about the sort of way that these folks have to live in New York City and
