Good morning, everyone. The Simple Hennigap for Tuesday, January 4th. Thank you for making me a part of your morning. NFL week 17 in the rearview mirror. As we now look forward to NFL week 18, a mess of games to try sort through and figure out a ton of line movements to get to not too sure how much value

is ultimately left on this card. It's now really a case of reacting to news quick enough

for the most part, but I'll drop some comments as we go here in the market run down to get

you on your way this Tuesday morning. Surprise double header, at least to me, kick things off Saturday.

We're going in rotation order, so the late game Saturday is actually the first game on the

rotation order board. Dallas on the road at the Philadelphia Eagles. This was Cowboys two and a half

down to one and a half. We're now out to 7. A number of positive tests for the Philadelphia Eagles come out.

And Cleve T.A., who I think everybody loves, if you're not following him on Twitter,

highly recommend doing so. He had a very interesting tweet about this game and this

entire circumstance.

And he says, you have to wonder if teams are aggressively testing more so than usual

to get guys on the COVID list this week,

so then they do not have to be tested for another 90 days in the playoffs.

Now, I'm not going to tinfoil hat conspiracy and

speculate, but it is an interesting thought, right? Because there is the rules now in the NFL

where if you do test positive, you do not have to be tested for another 90 days. And so if you're a team like Philadelphia that's essentially locked in from a seating perspective,

the highest they can go is six, otherwise they're locked in the seven.

You have a number of key guys if they happen to test positive this week

or happen to have symptoms, then they don't have to be tested

for any duration of any playoff run. And when you start to look at the teams and some of the

quarterbacks are key players that we don't necessarily know their vaccination status,

or they have yet to test positive at any time during this season or last, it gets pretty
