We bring you some new information regarding the case of Carl Groshen, the man accused of murdering his wife and stepson

in their Nevada home back in October.

In Louisiana,

sheriff's deputies responded to a reported shooting

and found a woman and a young child dead

and two other children injured.

And in Alabama,

a good Samaritan was gunned down in the driveway of a home.

Back in mid-November, we brought you the story of Carl Groshen, the man accused of gunning down his wife and stepson in their home in Henderson, Nevada.

And now we have some interesting information that has been released.

To quickly recap the case, it all started back on October 11th when the accused, 41-year-old Carl Groshen, called 911 and stated the following.

I thought they were trying to kill me. You need to come here now. There's a huge crime scene.

Police officers responded to the scene and they found Carl standing at the front door

holding an alcoholic beverage and a bottle of prescription pills. Carl was detained and allegedly

stated the following, quote, you have to take me. I thought they were trying to kill me. When officers entered the home and allegedly stated the following, quote, You have to take me.
