Well better late than never, this is a Wednesday afternoon edition of TBTL, the show that's

probably too beautiful to live.

I should say actually a Wednesday evening edition of TBTL, because once again we find ourselves

in burrow kitchens where we are doing another cooking with TBTL segment.

This is something we pioneered a few weeks ago, it was very popular, and by pioneered I

mean I didn't get it together to do a real show, and so then I tried to tape record us

making dinner and pass it off as entertainment.

It was so well received though that here we are once again, getting our dinner on.

We are going to make some delicious, true cod and shrimp tacos.

What's the trick here?

What's going to set them apart from just your average true cod and shrimp tacos?

I think it's going to come down to the marinade.

I've pulled up Anne Burrell's fish taco recipe, which also this, actually you know what?

I take it back.

The thing that's going to push this over the edge of awesomeness is going to be the pickled

cabbage.
