Over in Texas, police responded to an early morning stabbing at a family gathering.

In Indiana, a man called 911 to report a self-defense shooting, however, law enforcement would find that it was anything but.

And in Pennsylvania, the dismaybbered remains of a missing woman were discovered in a dumpster.

On Sunday, January 12th at around 3.30 a.m., officers with the El Paso Police Department in Texas responded to a home on the 5,800 block of Beaumont Place after receiving reports of a nasty verbal altercation. When officers arrived on the scene, they found that the altercation was over and that everyone was safe.

As people were found to be drinking, officers just kind of chalked up the altercation and nothing more than egos flaring.

At that point, officers left the home.

However, just 30 minutes later, another 911 call came in requesting first responders at the home on Beaumont Place.

This was for a reported stabbing.

When officers returned back to the home, they found a man suffering from apparent

sharp force injuries. The victim was transported to a local area hospital, but died shortly after

arrival. He was later identified as 40-year-old Angel Herrera. Investigators then responded

to the scene in response to the reported death. And upon arrival, a woman approached investigators

and told him that she was the one responsible for the alleged stabbing. And upon arrival, a woman approached investigators and told them that she was
