Previously on TVTL, every year Luke and Jen schedule a meeting with management

to propose a new radio show. Each year management failed to show. One year

management comes to the meeting. An international media conglomerate was

calmed. Two long-time Seattle friends gained unfettered access to the

airwaves. They talk about pop culture, they talk about their lives, and they

have a point.

Hi there, friendos. Luke and Jen here coming to you on tape recording. We're

gonna start this hour show in just a moment, but we want to tell you what we've

got coming up for you. It's gonna be real fun. We're gonna hear from my sister

about Mr. Liz. She's a doula. She lives down in Portland with her lovely

fjolson. And she's gonna tell us and we're gonna reminisce her and I about our

times as kids. I don't know if forced is the right word, but but definitely

heavily encouraged by our mom to be involved in musical productions, which

should be fine. You know, you've got your stage moms, but then you've got your

stage moms who don't really know anything about the stage, which was kind of

the breakdown for us. You'll hear about the time when when my mom had us try out

for act theaters version of a Christmas Carol and she had my sister's

recite the dialogue or the lyrics of raindrops on roses whiskers on kittens.

That song not really acted out or not really use a British accent or in any way

pretend to be like a street urchin. I don't remember any burbanks in that

production. Well, well, I don't. First of all, thanks for ruining it. Thanks for
