Finally, the body of missing New Jersey woman, Stephanie Pars, was discovered this past weekend

in a wooded area in Old Bridge, New Jersey.

A.L.com reports the 18-year-old Jordan David Raper of Hartsell, Alabama, was arrested last

Tuesday and charged with two counts of transmitting obscene material to a child by computer and

one count of traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act.

Raper's alleged victim was a 13-year-old girl from Hartsell.

According to an affidavit filed with the Morgan County Court, Jordan Raper created a profile

for the victim on the dating app Pure, using her real photograph and the profile name

uncertain expletive.

While pretending to be the victim, Raper communicated with another adult male on the app, telling

him, quote, I want to be raped and inviting him to the victim's real home address.

Raper instructed the man to enter through the window and have sex with the girl.
