So I have said, as I said before, if you want to get into sort of mad shape, like athletic shape, everyone reaches their trainers like New Year and New You. And I've said, do you know what? Whenever you have mental health issues, whatever, they always say exercise and cooking are great ways of kind of expressing yourself. And I spent my whole career running and I actually love running.

But purposeful fitness running.

I could never, I'm not built to do long distance kind of reflective running.

So I said to people, if you want to get the body you want, go and lift some weights.
