0:05.0	I'm a filmmaker and directing instructor in Los Angeles, California. Hello, my name is John
0:09.4	Rogan. We're out of production host here in San Diego, California. And you know, Steve, I say it
0:15.6	all the time or we say it all the time. These are these things that we sadly have to give tribute to
0:22.2	and the reasons we do these things is because one of the great actors, directors, producers,
0:26.8	creators in Hollywood and the world of film has passed and certainly James Conn qualifies in
0:32.5	that category and then some at 82 years old. And just, you know, here's what we're doing. Let me
0:37.6	lay out our plan, which is that I went and looked at our catalog and it is up. We have five episodes
0:43.0	of the cinephiles that deal with movies with James Conn. The first three and that's what we're
0:47.2	entering right now are the Godfather one, two, and three, which isn't the first thing you might
0:53.2	have seen James Conn in, but it is definitely what I say made James Conn a star, don't you think?
0:58.0	Yeah, absolutely. The first thing I ever saw him and certainly was the Godfather and, you know,
1:02.1	his representation. And I always felt a kinship with Sonny as I was a bit of a hot head when I was
1:06.1	younger, very protective of my sister. And so there was, I always felt more of a connection with Sonny.
1:12.5	And I'm sure I've said that in the, I say that in the show as well. My brother was Michael. My sister
1:17.0	was Connie and I was Sonny. And so I think the performance here is fantastic. It's such a unique
1:23.0	body shape that James Conn has too, Steve. I mean, he's got this kind of square shape with these
1:28.0	shoulders that stick out, you know, for a skinny guy, it's unusual to see such shoulders
1:32.9	that are quite broad for that body frame. And they, and he uses his physical body in such an
1:38.4	interesting way, whether it's having sex or talking to Tom or talking to Michael or any number of
1:46.1	ways. It's an incredible physical performance from James Conn beyond just the acting itself.
