0:35.0	tweeting at me and emailing me asking about the status at the moment whether I

0:43.0	And I had started to feel that to talk about anything

0:50.8	was irresponsible or quaint. And sort of whatever side of the political spectrum
0:56.0	you're on or a guest on the show is on. I'm happy to talk to you and listen and
1:02.3	and engage. But beyond even the normal politics, the language, what I see is the language of hate and demagoguery coming out of the
1:16.3	president-elect and his team's mouths and their histories really really shook me to my core and shakes me to my core if I'm being perfectly
1:26.7	honest and makes me question having these conversations about,
1:35.6	which are really often about an interiority,
1:38.9	about how to process events from the outside in a way that you can still take an
1:45.9	empowering message from them and still produce your best self. Somehow if I really
1:51.8	think about all these conversations I've had over these few years doing the moment,
1:56.0	I can largely boil them down to people articulating for us,
2:01.0	how they have defined their life events for themselves, how they have taken the events,
2:10.0	somehow process them, use them to their own benefit,
2:14.8	whether these are good events or bad,
2:16.6	to come out the other side and produce
2:19.3	remarkable creative work, to get the most of their creative selves.
