Today I'm letting you hear the walk from the very beginning. I'm starting in my house and my home office.

Front door is right next to my home office. The weather outside.

It's supposed to be chilly, light winds, clear skies.

And as I head out, first feel not bad.

Not a bad way to start this 10-minute walk to help you stay consistent with fitness.

I got an email this week from Jay.

Jay's 28 years old.

She suffered a stroke at birth, so mobility is a challenge for her, but she has prioritized

Last year though, she had a couple of surgeries and thought that that would make fitness even more challenging,

might even be a larger speed bump than she could handle, but she wanted to keep moving forward,

and so she was looking for ways to stay motivated, to get motivated.

And all she was finding was, here's how you can run a 5K. Here, run a marathon. And she found that

actually very demotivating, didn't resonate with her at all. And then discovered the podcast,
