Timilan, Italy, to welcome Lorenzo Fiori of the Enzalda Foundation to report on the

0:13.6

story that's sweeping across Europe, which is climate, heat wave, a heat dome.

Spain is said to have triple-ditches Fahrenheit, that's between 45 and 48 degrees centigrade.

0:26.6

Lorenzo, a very good day to you. Last year it was worrying about the Poe River Valley in a drought.

0:32.4

Now it's about a heat wave. Has it reached Italy yet? Good day to you.

1:33.9

the temperature can go up to 110 Fahrenheit degrees. So we are preparing for a very tough week,

1:42.2

next week, also with a lot of humidity that will make our comfort zone more critical than ever.

1:51.7

1:56.7

of the pandemic, Italy's economy was damaged badly by the inability to serve the tourists arriving.

2:03.8

Well, they're arriving now. And Lorenzo is just returned from Venice. How were the conditions?

2:10.0

I'm told that the city is sparkling, but not as many people live there as there used to be. What's

2:15.0

it like to walk through? Well, I can tell you that yesterday arriving in Venice for a

2:22.0

dinner and spent a very nice time in something which is magic, and there's no other people
