Summary

Today on the podcast is Sinta Vissa!

She represented Italy at 2023 & 2022 World Athletics Championships competing in the women's 1500 metres. Sinta is the 2022 NCAA 1500m Champion. She is also the Italian indoor record holder for the mile.

Sinta was born in Ethiopia and raised in Italy. She moved to the US in 2019 to run in the NCAA, and that led to her joining the OAC and running track professionally. She started running after watching the Ethiopian teams at the 2008 Olympics.

In today's episode, Sinta takes me through her story, moving countries twice and what those transitions were like, going to the NCAA, her progression at Ole Miss, choosing OAC, her amabitions for 2024, and so much more!
