Saying that 454 million dollars as a bond

in order to be able to appeal his case

was too much.

They have determined that instead President Trump shall have 100 sorry shall have 10 days to procure a 175 million dollar bond, not 454 million.

That he shall have 10 days in which to do that and I think he will manage to do that.

It was described by one legal scholar that I follow as a terse ruling by which I think

it was meant that there was not a lot of deep explanation.
