Those of you who followed the case may be saying,

Michael, you forgot Kent Schaefer.

No, I didn't.

Kent Schaefer has already left the case. Kent Schaefer is a celebrated, respected, admired, powerful, typically criminal defense attorney, but was bringing this case

against attorney general paxdon. He left the case and the story I get from

back channels is the money ran out.

They ran out of money because they didn't have a case.

The criminal case against Ken Paxton began on July 7, 2015.

This has been going on for nine years.

And some of you still believe that if you didn't do something you wouldn't be accused of doing it.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

If you haven't watched what happened to Trump

and don't realize that that can happen and does happen to anyone, then the lesson was lost.

It was a Collin County grand jury who returned an indictment for failing to register as an investment

advisor representative.

That was the horrible crime. There were special prosecutors

brought in, Ryan Weiss and Kent Schaefer. Kent Schaefer is

celebrated, famous lawyer.

We're going to bring this in because at the time I think Ken Paxton was a state senator.

Because this is a prominent person, we're going to bring in this lawyer, and he's going to take him out.
